La genouillère GenuTrain® P3 protège, sécurise et stabilise la rotule à chaque mouvement. Associé à une sangle correctrice réglable, le coussinet intégré en forme d'anneau maintient la rotule en toute sécurité dans une position centrale naturelle et empêche toute dérive. Un deuxième coussinet relaxant musculaire réduit la traction latérale sur la rotule.
GenuTrain® P3 soulage les douleurs causées par un mauvais alignement de la rotule (latéralisation rotulienne), le syndrome douloureux fémoropatellaire (douleur antérieure du genou) ou la douleur associée au syndrome de la pointe rotulienne. L'orthèse orthopédique, avec ses deux coussins de pression (coussins) intégrés et une sangle correctrice, stabilise la position de la rotule et active la musculature, accélérant ainsi le processus de guérison. Grâce à sa forme anatomique et ses haubans en acier galvanisé, le GenuTrain ® P3 s'assoit confortablement et maintient sa position en toute sécurité.

The GenuTrain® P3 stands for Permanent Patella Protection, offering advanced stabilization and targeted relief for knee pain and patellar instability. Its integrated corrective strap secures the patella in its proper position, counteracting lateral drifting or twisting, while the adjustable design allows for precise, individualized correction. Friction points on the distal pad section create a gentle massage effect that relieves pressure on Hoffa’s fat pad and helps reduce pain. A strategically placed muscle-relaxing pad promotes slight relaxation of the iliotibial tract, minimizing lateral pull on the patella, and the anatomical pad wings extend to the joint-stabilizing vastus medialis muscle to enhance proprioception and knee stability.
